About the founder
I built my career on the frontline, in environments where pressure was constant, decisions mattered, and people were pushed to their limits. I saw talented teams struggle not because they lacked skill, but because the systems around them made it hard to succeed.
That experience shaped everything I do.
I went on to study organisational and business psychology to understand the science behind what I’d witnessed for years. Aepex Insights is the result: a consultancy that combines real‑world operational insight with evidence‑based psychological practice.
